There is one additional step you need to take in ADP Run to allow Xiggit to manage your employees' payroll contributions.
Log in to your ADP Run account with Owner login credentials.
Go to Settings -> Company -> Manage user access -> User Security and click Add User.
Use the following details where applicable:
First name: xiggit
Last name: payroll
Email: payroll@xiggit.com
Role: Payroll Admin
Save your changes to create a new user for Xiggit.
Click Add.
A security popup will ask you if you wish to text or call the owner for approval. Choose one.
After they approve, you should see the Xiggit Payroll user in the list
