If you are notified that you have incomplete employee registrations, or you have employee data changes to make (like address information), we recommend you make these changes in your Payroll Provider directly and use that as your system of record for all of your Employee data. Once the data is updated in your Payroll Provider, we will automatically update the data on our side during our next daily import.
If you have missing data that you can not edit in your payroll provider (like email address or phone number), then you are welcome to edit this data directly in our employer portal.
