Xiggit sends a "we are partnering with" email on your behalf followed by a sequence of emails over a 5-week period

When a new employee is registered on the Xiggit platform, we send them a series of welcome messages.

  • 3 days after registration, we send an email to your employee on your behalf, notifying them that you have partnered with Xiggit to provide an exciting new benefit. This email is sent from the business contact's email address on your Xiggit account.

  • 1 week after registration, we send your employee a "Welcome to Xiggit" email and text message. This email provides an overview of the program and instructions to download our app to customize their contributions or opt out. This email is sent from community@xiggit.com.

  • 2 weeks after registration, we send the second email in the sequence. The theme of this email is to introduce our Xiggit Savings and Xiggit IRA accounts. If the employee has not finished their enrollment, then the email provides an overview of the program and provides them instructions to download our app to customize their contributions or opt-out. This email is sent from community@xiggit.com.

  • 3 weeks after registration, we send out the third email in the sequence. This email aims to introduce Xiggit Boosts, our daily financial wellness game. If the employee has not finished their enrollment, then the email provides an overview of the program and provides them instructions to download our app to customize their contributions or opt-out. This email is sent from community@xiggit.com.

  • 4 weeks after registration, we send out the fourth email in the sequence. This email summarizes the Xiggit Savings, Xiggit IRA, and Xiggit Boosts offerings. If the employee has not finished their enrollment, then the email provides an overview of the program and provides them instructions to download our app to customize their contributions or opt-out. This email is sent from community@xiggit.com.

  • 5 weeks after registration, we send the final email that their account is set up and ready to go. If the employee has not finished their enrollment, then the email provides an overview of the program and provides them instructions to download our app to customize their contributions or opt-out. This email is sent from community@xiggit.com.
