If you have an employee that is showing up as INACTIVE on our platform, it could be from one of any number of reasons:
The employee has opted out of Xiggit or have temporarily paused their contributions. In this case, we will not be processing Xiggit contributions with their payroll.
The employee is not eligible for a Xiggit Savings or Xiggit IRA account and has been automatically opted out of the program. Employees must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for a Xiggit account and must pass our KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
In both cases, the employees will still have access to their Xiggit account and can still use features like Xiggit Boosts. However, in order to save in either the Xiggit Savings or Xiggit IRA account, they must activate their Xiggit account.
