Xiggit retrieves your employees status directly from your Payroll Provider. For seasonal employees, we follow that same process. If you have seasonal employees in your Payroll Provider that are in some sort of "inactive" status (ie, "Paid Leave of Absence"), then we will import their data but not register their account. Once that employee becomes active again, we will register their account (if it hasn't been already) and begin the enrollment process (if it hasn't happened already).
How are seasonal employees handled?
Employee status in the Xiggit platform matches what is reported by your Payroll Provider.
